Nuno Brandão Costa was born on February 17, 1970 in Porto.
Graduated by FAUP in 1994, where he teaches since 1999.
He trained with Herzog & de Meuron in Basel, Switzerland, and José Fernando Gonçalves & Paulo Providência.
In 1998, after the 1st prize in the competition to design the Central Library of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the New University of Lisbon, and the 2nd Prize for the project of the Portuguese Embassy in Berlin, opens office in Porto.
In November 2004 wins merit disclosure and "Express Newspapers / SIC - 12 years"
It was nominated for "Mies Van der Rohe" 2008 with the work of the "Quinta de Bouçós" Secil Prize and won the 2008 with the administrative building and showroom "furniture Viriato".
Visiting Professor, "Technical School of Architecture of the University of Navarra"
